You can elect to manage the grid connection process yourself, using your own electrician, or we are happy to arrange it for you, for an additional cost.
In order to connect to the National Grid and start receiving the benefits of the NSW Solar Bonus Scheme, you will likely require an upgrade to your electricity meter.
An application to connect is sent to your electricity distributor for approval to connect to their network. Once approval is granted and your system is installed, your electrician will arrange to collect and install your meter and connect your system to the grid. The meter must be installed by a Level 2 qualified electrician.
If you would like us to arrange your grid connection, you will need to provide a clear photograph of your switch board and a copy of your most recent electricity bill front and back within 7 days of paying your deposit.
