each time you replace a standard incandescent bulb with an energy-saving one, you use 80% less
energy which is going to lower your electricity bill, and it was completely easy because someone else got up the ladder to change the bulbs for me.” Andrew Gaze, Australian basketball legend and resident of Glen Eira Local Council area.

You don't have to be a hippy to live green with LESS
Residents of the City of Glen Eira are now eligible to receive free high quality, energysaving
light bulbs and have them installed also at no cost. Glen Eira Mayor, Cr Margaret Esakoff, said the light bulb program is a great way for all of us to make a further contribution towards protecting our environment.
